You’ve just tried to open a recipe using a link to it, but the recipe has been deleted; only the link remains. If you want the link (and any other links to the recipe that might be out there) to point to something sensible again, you can “recreate” the recipe from scratch. It won’t have any of the information of the original recipe except its title, but at least the links to it will no longer go off into the ozone.
